Grover House is located in the heart of Caldwell’s Central Business District. Originally a bank built in 1915, Grover House was transformed into bespoke retail and office space in 2018. The renovation kept the beautiful architectural bones honoring the building’s history while creating modern professional spaces for our tenants. The common areas function as a community art gallery on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.
