GreenWorks, located at 100 Grove Street, was the first green commercial building in Montclair, NJ and the first Gold Core & Shell LEED certified building in the state of New Jersey. Originally a rose garden, the site was home to a variety of businesses before the construction of the current building.

GreenWorks is home to a karate studio and dentist’s office. It is in a prime location near shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of the Walnut Street train station from which one may catch New Jersey Transit’s Midtown Direct train. The building also features on-site parking with street parking available as well.
